I came home and PUT MY FEET UP last Saturday after a busy, hot, fun, vintage-sellin’, flower-filled day at the Camas Plant + Garden Sale!
Ah! It was such a positive experience and the fact that I got to spend the day with my sis-in-law and momma over Mother’s Day weekend was a huge dose of extra blessing!
Below is a photo recap of the successful event. Pictures were taken either by Lukey or Caitlin…both talented in the art of photography and capturing the moment I must say, and so happy to have pictures as I was buzzing around and would have forgotten!
Luke, mom and I woke up at the wee hours and maneuvered the trailer into our spot on Cedar St. , set everything up and finished off the last minute touches.
About 9:30am, things started picking up! It was really a consistent stream of lookers and buyers until about 2:30pm when it started to slow a tad. Wouldn’t have it any other way 🙂
Caitlin was a rockstar scribe, documenting all our sales, answering questions and taking these gorgeous pics. Mom was the surprise sales-lady of the day- she has a gift. I loved being with them and sharing the fun.
Wildflower bouquets straight from the farm turned out to be a hit…being it was the day before Mother’s Day and all. Hooray for last minute, cute gifts!
FLOWER WALL! It finally made it’s debut. I think it added a nice little backdrop for the front vignette:)
Ty and Cait’s wedding garland made an appearance again…#ifitaintbroke.
As much as I LOVE flowers of all kinds, succulents are where it’s at for me. I love the way they look, the tiny-ness of them, and the fact that they stay alive forever and can be enjoyed year round. Ma and I planted as many succulents and sedum as we could get our hands on and they went fast!
Aren’t these cool? ^^^
Found these at an old barn sale and was told they are vintage house vents. I saw succulent planter for vertical garden??
Was pretty proud of my potting shed creation…wheels, hooks, industrial cart, vintage window…yes. It sold to a lovely lady named Nancy and I was so happy she was as in love with it as I was!
I really love this.
The day was a huge success in my eyes and well worth the time spent prepping. I was so touched and honored when family and both old and new friends stopped by to support FFNW. Truly humbled. I loved seeing them.
Thank you so much dear ones.
As of now, I plan to make this a yearly event and to use it as a season “kick off” for our blueberry-flower-vintage barn sale extravaganza up at the farm!
More on that later…
Love and blessings!
